Terms
Creatine Cue is a tracker for a daily creatine dose and the fluids you drink. ThreeThree Digital is the public brand. Leonard Enterprises, LLC is the legal entity that offers the app and this website. This page does not describe ThreeThree Digital as a registered trade name.
Suggestions in the app are a starting point, not medical advice. Creatine Cue does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It does not guarantee a hydration result, a creatine result, or any health outcome. Talk to a professional if you have a condition that affects how much you should drink.
Who can create an account
Creatine Cue is for people 18 and older. Creating an account asks you to confirm that. It does not ask for a date of birth. You are responsible for the password. Creatine Cue will not ask for it by email.
There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases in this version.
Your logs
Entries, drinks, settings, and day goals stay with the account while the account exists. An unused account is not deleted on its own. You can export a CSV of the entries, erase the tracking data and keep the login, or delete the account. Erase and delete are both permanent. Delete also removes the login and the profile. The details are on the privacy page and the delete-account page.
The website
This website explains the product and can delete an account after the correct password and the word DELETE. It is not a place to create an account. Account creation stays in the app. The public address is https://www.creatinecue.com. The app is not listed on the App Store or Google Play yet.
Warranty
The app and this website are provided as available. Leonard Enterprises, LLC does not warrant that the tracker will be uninterrupted, that a saved total is a medical measurement, or that using it will produce a particular result. Some places do not allow an exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the law, this section applies only as far as that law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Leonard Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for a health decision you make from the tracker. Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is the law, this section applies only as far as that law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, United States, except where a law that cannot be waived says otherwise.
