Privacy

ThreeThree Digital is the public brand for Creatine Cue. Leonard Enterprises, LLC is the legal entity. This page does not describe ThreeThree Digital as a registered trade name. Questions can go to robert@threethreedigital.com. A postal address is not published.

Creatine Cue is for people 18 and older. A new account asks the person to confirm that, and stores that confirmation. It does not ask for a date of birth. Accounts created before this confirmation are left as they are.

Account

Sign-in is email and password through Supabase Auth on the Creatine Cue project. Email confirmation stays on. Confirmation and password-recovery messages are six-digit codes. Those emails are sent through Resend from no-reply@mail.creatinecue.com, with the sender name Creatine Cue. The Resend key is not in the app.

The app stores the session on the device. Sign in with Apple is not available.

What the account can store

Changing a drink’s percentage later does not rewrite older entries. The contribution is saved with the entry.

The app does not read Apple Health, does not save workouts from Health, and does not offer widgets, subscriptions, or Sign in with Apple.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. The app does not register a push token and does not send remote notifications. Turning a reminder on is not the same as a notification being scheduled. The phone can block them.

Export, erase, and deletion

Export CSV builds a file from the signed-in account’s entries and opens the system share sheet. The app does not upload that file. A copy you already saved or shared is outside the account.

Erase tracking data deletes that account’s entries, drinks, day records, and settings. It keeps the login and the profile. The app asks you to type ERASE.

Delete account is separate. In the app, or on the delete-account page, it asks for the password and the word DELETE. The server deletes that login. The profile, settings, drinks, entries, and day records that belong to it are removed with it. A failed deletion leaves the account and those records in place.

The deletion page sends the email and password only to the Creatine Cue Supabase project for that request. It does not put them in the page address, browser storage, or analytics. This website does not receive the password. This website has no analytics.

How long data stays

Account data stays while the account exists. An account is not deleted only because it has not been used. There is no timer that removes logs.

When you delete the account, the active account records in the Creatine Cue database are deleted with the login. This policy does not claim that every copy disappears at the same moment from every provider system. Supabase hosts the database and sign-in, and Resend delivers the authentication emails. Those providers may keep their own operational logs or backups. No separate backup period has been verified, so none is stated here. No additional legal hold is implemented in the app today.

On the device only

Appearance and the History lens stay on the device. Deleting an account from the website does not change appearance. The app clears the History lens when you delete the account from the app.

What this product does not do

The app does not include an advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK. It does not ask for location, camera, microphone, or contacts. It does not ship a service-role key. Each signed-in person can only read and write their own rows.

This website

The public address is https://www.creatinecue.com. Vercel hosts the site. The deletion form sends the password to Supabase, not to Vercel.
