Delete your Creatine Cue account

This page is for Creatine Cue, from ThreeThree Digital. You can delete the account here without opening the app. It deletes only the account that matches the email and password you enter.

Deleting an account removes the login and the data stored for it: the profile, settings, drinks, fluid logs, creatine logs, and day records. This is permanent. The active records in the Creatine Cue database are removed with the login. A provider backup or mail log, if one exists, is not given a time limit on this page because that period has not been verified.

Erase tracking data in the app is different. That keeps the login and removes logs only. It asks you to type ERASE.

A wrong password, a missing confirmation, or a sign-in that is not recent is rejected. A failed attempt leaves the account and its records in place. The password is sent only to Creatine Cue’s Supabase project for this request. It is not saved in this browser, and this website does not store it.
