Support
Creatine Cue is a ThreeThree Digital product. Suggestions in the app are a starting point, not medical advice. The app is for people 18 and older, and it is not listed on the App Store or Google Play yet.
Creating an account and signing in
In the app, create an account with an email and a password of at least 8 characters. Confirm that you are 18 or older. A date of birth is not required. Sign in later with that same email and password. Sign in with Apple is not available. An account created before the age confirmation is not asked for it again.
Email confirmation
Creatine Cue emails a six-digit code from no-reply@mail.creatinecue.com. Enter that code in the app. If it expires, send a new code from the confirmation screen. The code is only for confirming that email.
Password recovery
Choose Forgot password, enter the account email, and use the six-digit code to set a new password. The new password also needs at least 8 characters.
Logging drinks and creatine
A fluid entry saves the drink, the amount, and the time. A creatine entry saves the grams, the form, and the time. A creatine dose can be linked to a fluid entry that was logged with it. You can edit or remove an entry in the app. Removing one entry is not the same as erasing the account.
Hydration percentages
Each drink has a percentage that counts toward the fluid goal. Water counts in full. Other built-in drinks use a lower estimate. The counted amount is saved on the entry, so editing the drink later does not change older logs. Those percentages are estimates in the app, not a measurement of the drink in front of you.
Changing the daily goal
The daily goal is a base amount, plus an optional bonus on days you log creatine. Changing the goal updates today. A day that already saved a goal keeps that day’s snapshot. The workout bonus is not connected, because Apple Health is not available in this version.
Reminders and notification permissions
Reminders are scheduled on the phone. Creatine Cue does not send remote pushes. Settings can show Off, Requested, Scheduled, or Blocked. Requested means the preference is saved and a notification is not scheduled yet. Blocked means the phone is refusing notifications for Creatine Cue. Turn them back on in the phone’s settings for the app. A water reminder stays inside the hours you set, and it stays quiet after a recent drink or a reached goal.
Exporting tracking data
Data and privacy includes Export CSV. The file contains entries for the signed-in account, and the share sheet lets you save or send it. The app does not upload the file.
Erasing tracking data
Erase tracking data asks you to type ERASE. It removes drinks, day goals, settings, and log entries for that account. The login and the profile stay. Export a CSV first if you want a copy. This cannot be undone. It is not the same as deleting the account.
Deleting an account
Delete account removes the login and the stored profile, settings, drinks, fluid logs, creatine logs, and day records. In the app, open Account, enter the password, and type DELETE. You can do the same without the app on the delete-account page. This is permanent. A failed attempt leaves the account in place. Unused accounts are not deleted on their own.
